Driving Directions

Salisbury, North Carolina is located off I-85 at exit 76 just north of Charlotte.

Driving from Charlotte: I-77 North to exit 36. Travel east on Hwy 150 to Salisbury. Or, I-77 North to I-85 North to exit 76.

Driving from Raleigh: I-40 West to I-85 South to exit 76.

Driving from Asheville: I-40 East to I-77 South exit 152A. Travel 2 miles to exit 49A-Hwy 70 East and then 24 miles to Salisbury. Turn Right on Innes Street, signs will be posted directing you to tour sites.

A full color, tour booklet will be given to ticket holders at the first site they visit or can be picked up at the Henderson Law Office (Corner of South Church and West Fisher Streets) on Saturday or Sunday. This booklet has a tour map that details the location of each site, the trolley route and important event sites such as entertainment and restroom facilities. This booklet can be picked up prior to the tour at the HSF Office or at other ticket locations.
